The hotel was a brilliant place for enjoying a great area, next to Holland and waterfront and Grand Rapids and a huge factory. Had a double room with comfortable beds and wake-up service was available in it👌

Super comfy stay!

Spent 2 nights here with my partner and it was awesome! The room was sparkly clean and had this super comfy bed that we loved. Snacks and drinks available in the market area were a nice touch. Only thing I'd say is the check-in took a bit longer than expected.

A Great Family Getaway with a Splash of Fun!

The staff was accommodating, helping us with our many bags. The pool was a perfect play area for our kids, although a bit chilly. Be sure to bring extra towels. They go fast during busy hours!

I enjoyed my time at Avid in Zeeland. The location is fantastic! Close to Hope College and just a short drive to the beach. The room is spacious and clean. The staff were friendly at check-in, and I appreciated their helpfulness . The bathroom needs attention. The wallpaper is peeling and could use an update. Although I noticed a few stray hairs in the shower, cleaning it was manageable. Soundproofing isn't as effective as advertised. I could hear hallway noise quite clearly. Despite these issues, I found the bed comfortable, allowing me to rest well overall.

The kids enjoyed the beautiful blooms and we found it to be a great family-friendly spot. The hotel was conveniently located near many shopping and dining options.

My kids wished the pool was cleaner and more inviting. It did not seem well maintained, disappointing for a family stay. An improvement would be better facilities for younger guests.

The pool, while a nice amenity, was surprisingly small and downright chilly at 50 degrees were good. My room's bathroom wallpaper had some tears, and the shower handle came loose with very little pressure. Housekeeping did not come even once during a 5-night stay, and every request for basic supplies met with a hassle. The immediate location lacks variety, with just a gas station and a Taco Bell nearby, which isn't ideal for those looking to explore local dining options.

We visited Windmill Island Gardens and enjoyed cycling around the area. The staff was super friendly, and the place was clean and comfy. Loved the 24/7 coffee station and the ample parking. Breakfast was just right with options like fresh fruits. Highly recommend it for an easygoing getaway!
